Terms & Conditions
Effective October 13, 2026
These terms apply to this website and the SMS program offered by Shayan Safaei, a real estate agent with On The Block Realty Inc. Brokerage.
Website use
Use this website to contact us about real estate services and to review our policies. Submit accurate information about yourself and do not submit another person’s phone number or consent on their behalf without authority. Do not use this website for unlawful, abusive or disruptive purposes.
Contacting us
The contact form sends your inquiry to our email inbox through our hosting provider. A successful submission confirms that the server accepted it for sending, but cannot guarantee final inbox delivery. If you experience an error, contact hello@shayansafaei.com directly. Submitting an inquiry does not create an agency relationship, representation agreement or other real estate contract.
SMS program and consent
The sender is Shayan Safaei, a real estate agent with On The Block Realty Inc. Brokerage. With your express consent, messages may include responses to real estate inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, schedule changes, property updates and service follow ups.
The SMS consent checkbox is optional and is not selected by default. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. You can contact us without providing a phone number or consenting to texts. Checking the box and submitting the form records your request to receive the described messages at the number you provided.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies depending on your inquiries and services. Message and data rates may apply to incoming and outgoing messages. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
How to unsubscribe
Reply STOP to an SMS message at any time. An unsubscribe confirmation may be sent. After that, you will not receive further program texts unless you provide new consent. To rejoin, opt in again through the contact form or another supported consent method.
Help and support
Reply HELP to an SMS message for assistance, or email hello@shayansafaei.com. You can also write to Shayan Safaei, c/o On The Block Realty Inc. Brokerage, 8611 Weston Road, Unit 31, Woodbridge, Ontario L4L 9P1.
Delivery
Delivery depends on your device, network and wireless provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging should not be used for emergencies or as the sole means of delivering time sensitive contractual notices.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information. We do not sell phone numbers or share mobile information or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
General information
Website information is general and may change. Specific services and any real estate representation are subject to separate agreements. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Ontario law and applicable federal Canadian law govern these terms.

We may update these terms and publish the revised effective date on this page. Material changes to messaging purposes will require new consent where applicable.
